Thinking about New Year’s Resolutions? Consider Creating Theme Days and Months.

Around this time last year as 2020 was coming to a close and I was looking ahead to 2021, I thought about ways to create fun things to look forward to throughout the year that would allow me to challenge myself and grow while also making sure whatever I created was “pandemic resilient.”

This meant that the fun things I created for myself would be able to occur regardless of whether pandemic restrictions were tightening because of the rise in cases or because of a new variant.

As you know, 2020 was rough. While I considered myself lucky and grateful to be healthy, I knew others who unfortunately weren’t in that situation. In an effort to lift my spirits and provide some bright spots in the upcoming year of 2021, I decided to create theme days and months.

Since I enjoyed these theme days and months so much in 2021, I’m hoping this idea can help you and inspire you to create your own bright spots for 2022. Please feel free to customize them however you see fit. Wherever you’re at in life, I hope that whatever you end up creating is what’s best for YOU.
